Junior Associate - ServiceNow Roles and Responsibilities: Assist in the configuration and customization of various ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements. Support the implementation of ServiceNow projects and enhancements. Collaborate with senior ServiceNow consultants and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Participate in the testing and validation of ServiceNow configurations and customizations. Provide support for end-users by resolving incidents and issues related to ServiceNow modules. Assist in the creation and maintenance of documentation, including functional specifications, test scripts, and user manuals. Participate in user training sessions and workshops. Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and best practices. RequirementsRequired Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience working with ServiceNow.
