DEPUTY OPERATIONS CONSULTANT Location: Surat, Gujarat Experience: 46 Years Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech / MBA / Bachelors Degree About the Role We are looking for a Deputy Operations Consultant to support operations consulting projects across manufacturing and service organizations. The role focuses on process improvement, operational excellence, project execution, and client coordination. Key Responsibilities Identify client requirements and operational challenges.Analyze gaps in production, manufacturing, and operational processes.Support implementation of process improvements and best practices.Implement 5S, Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.Create and maintain SOPs, process flows, process maps, and skill matrices.Support project plans, review sheets, dashboards, and performance reports.Collect, validate, and analyze operational data.Implement reporting formats and performance metrics on the shop floor.Coordinate with client management and shop-floor teams.Support audits and prepare review reports.Guide junior team members and ensure timely completion of tasks.Travel to client locations as required.
