Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps principles. Good understanding of SQL & NoSQL Databases. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence cross-functional teams. Proven track record of building and mentoring high-performing engineering teams. Preferred Skills: Experience in the [Healthcare / FinTech / SaaS] domain. Ability to accelerate every phase of SDLC using Gen AI tools like Cursor, Codex, Claude Code, etc. Exposure to frontend frameworks (React).
