We're hiring an AI artist who can tell the difference between a good frame and a lucky one. Most people can generate an image. Very few can generate the specific image a director asked for twice, at the same quality, with the same character, in the same light. That's the job. Senior AI Creator Aiteur Andheri West, Mumbai Full-time, in-office Aiteur is an AI-native film studio. We make feature films, series, brand campaigns and original IP directed by filmmakers, finished through a real VFX pipeline. Our founders come from Disney, Applause, ZEE5, UCLA and twenty years of visual effects supervision. We are not a content farm. Nobody here is churning out 200 reels a month. What you'll do Build high-end stills and video for feature, episodic and campaign work Own prompt architecture not one-off prompts, but systems that hold across hundreds of shots Maintain character, style and lighting consistency across an entire project Work directly with directors and VFX supervisors on shot-level briefs Push output to a finish standard that survives a cinema screen, not just a phone What you should already be strong at Midjourney deep, not casual Runway, Higgsfield motion, camera control, sequence work Magnific upscale and detail restoration Reading a shot brief and knowing what a director actually means What will make us call you first ComfyUI, Flux, Kling, Veo, Nano Banana LoRA training and character consistency workflows Any traditional craft background photography, cinematography, VFX, animation, design A genuine eye. We can teach tools. We can't teach taste. The non-negotiables This is a full-time, in-office role in Andheri West, Mumbai. Not remote, not hybrid.
