Kindly Drop CV at: Job Title: SAP Service Management Consultant Location: Mumbai Experience: 7- 10 years Payroll: Orcapod Consulting Services Private Limited Interview Mode : Virtual Work Mode: Remote Job Description: - Gather and analyze business requirements from customers, business users, onsite teams, and key stakeholders. - Configure SAP Customer Service and Plant Maintenance modules based on business requirements. - Design and implement solutions for field service and repair/maintenance processes. - Handle field service project planning, creation, costing, revenue recognition, billing, and monitoring. - Support repair project planning and execution. - Manage Customer and Business Partner master data and processes. - Configure and support Service Contract and Service Quotation processing. - Work with onsite team members, key users, and business managers to ensure timely delivery and alignment with customer expectations. - Prepare functional specifications and provide requirements for interfaces and custom developments. - Support data migration activities, including data mapping, validation, and migration testing. - Define and coordinate SAP interfaces and integrations with other SAP modules and external/third-party systems. - Support integration with third-party applications involving SAP service and maintenance orders. - Develop and support SAP reports and operational reporting requirements. - Perform functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, and support user acceptance testing. - Troubleshoot production issues and provide root-cause analysis and resolution. - Provide application support and participate in incident, problem, and change management activities. - Contribute to the deployment of SAP best practices and recommend process improvements. - Coordinate with geographically distributed teams and work effectively across different time zones. - Manage multiple projects/tasks in a cross-functional and cr .
