Key Responsibilities - CNC Maintenance - Perform routine preventive maintenance on CNC machines (lubrication, calibration, cleaning). - Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control system issues. - Replace worn-out parts and ensure minimal downtime. - Collaborate with CNC operators/machinists to resolve production-related machine issues. - Electrical Maintenance - Inspect, maintain, and repair electrical panels, wiring, motors, and drives. - Troubleshoot PLCs, sensors, relays, and control circuits. - Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and preventive practices. - Support installation and commissioning of new CNC machines and electrical equipment. - General - Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation. - Implement continuous improvement practices to enhance machine reliability. - Coordinate with production and engineering teams to minimize disruptions. - Adhere to workplace safety and 5S standards. Required Skills & Qualifications - Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field. - 35 years of experience in CNC machine and electrical maintenance. - Solid knowledge of CNC control systems (Fanuc, Siemens, Haas, etc.). - Expertise in electrical troubleshooting, PLCs, and industrial automation. - Ability to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and manuals. - Familiarity with lean manufacturing and preventive maintenance practic .
