Junior Accountant Tally, Billing & Excel | Pune / Location: Pune , Maharashtra Job Type: Full-Time Salary: 15,000 25,000 per month Experience: 13 Years Job Summary We are looking for a Junior Accountant with 13 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting tasks. The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of Tally, invoicing, payment tracking, and Excel, and be capable of handling basic accounting operations independently. Key Responsibilities Accounting & Data Entry : - Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally ERP. - Record sales, purchase, expenses, and payment transactions. - Ensure accurate financial record-keeping. Billing & Invoicing - Generate sales invoices and billing entries. - Maintain proper invoice documentation and records. - Coordinate with the sales team for billing processes. Payment Follow-ups - Track customer payments and outstanding dues. - Follow up with clients for payment recovery. - Maintain records of receivables and collections. Excel & Reporting - Maintain data using Microsoft Excel. - Prepare daily and monthly reports. - Support the accounts team with reporting and data management. Skills & Requirements : - Experience with Tally ERP. - Experience in billing and invoice creation. - Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel. - Solid attention to detail and accuracy. - Good communication and organizational skills.
