We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the companys day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, taxation, compliance and financial controls . Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping Maintain ledgers, vouchers, reconciliations and financial records Handle GST, TDS, income tax and other statutory compliances Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and MIS reports Bank reconciliation and cash flow management Accounts payable and receivable management Manage vendor and customer accounts Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks and statutory authorities Support budgeting, financial analysis and project-level accounting Ensure timely closing of books and accurate financial reporting Identify discrepancies and strengthen internal accounting controls What Were Looking For: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / equivalent qualification 48 years of relevant accounting experience Strong knowledge of Tally / accounting software, MS Excel and GST Experience in real estate, construction or infrastructure will be an advantage Strong understanding of taxation and statutory compliance High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to independently manage accounting functions and meet deadlines Location Miraj, Sangli, Maharashtra Compensation 510 LPA , depending on experience and capability.
