Junior Executive - Accounts

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist in various accounting tasks, including reimbursement processing, Provident Fund management, procurement support, and basic knowledge of NetSuite. Responsibilities Reimbursement Processing: Review and process employee expense reimbursement requests in accordance with company policies and procedures. Verify supporting documentation and ensure accuracy of expense reports. Communicate with employees regarding reimbursement queries and resolve issues in a timely manner. Procurement Support: Assist in procurement activities, including vendor selection, purchase order processing, and invoice verification. Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and ensure compliance with procurement policies. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. General Accounting Support: Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks, such as journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close procedures. Support senior accountants and finance managers in various financial reporting activities. Adhere to accounting principles and company policies to maintain financial accuracy and integrity. NetSuite Knowledge: Utilize proficiency in NetSuite to perform various accounting tasks, including data entry, report generation, and reconciliation. Collaborate with the finance team to leverage NetSuite's capabilities for financial management and analysis. Assist in the implementation of NetSuite enhancements and provide training to team members as needed. Requirements Bachelors degree in accounting or finance. 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, NetSuite) and MS Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of PF regulations and reimbursement processes is a plus. .
