From curated dinners and floating concerts to weddings, corporate events, and large-format celebrations, we redefine how people celebrate and connect with the Ganges. *Role Overview* We are looking for a dynamic professional to manage experiential events, client relationships, event logistics, and on-ground operations for our luxury river cruise experiences. The role combines event execution, hospitality, community engagement, business development, and logistics management to deliver memorable guest experiences and drive business growth. *Key Responsibilities* * Plan and coordinate all event logistics requirements, including movement of materials, dcor, equipment, artists, vendors, catering, production teams, and other event-related resources. * Develop event-wise logistics plans, schedules, checklists, timelines, and coordination sheets to ensure timely and efficient execution. * Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, production teams, decorators, caterers, artists, transportation providers, and other service partners to ensure smooth event operations. * Monitor logistics costs, vendor quotations, procurement requirements, deliveries, and resource utilisation while maintaining operational efficiency. * Ensure timely loading, unloading, movement, placement, and retrieval of event materials and equipment before, during, and after events. * Manage end-to-end event execution including client coordination, vendor management, logistics, and on-ground operations. * Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, artists, communities, agencies, and corporate clients to generate repeat business. * Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, service delivery, and exceptional customer experience. *Key Skills & Requirements* * 3 to 5 years of experience across event management, hospitality, client servicing, or event operations. * Strong understanding of event execution, event logistics, vendor coordination, guest experience, and on-ground operations. * Excellent communication, client relationship management, coordination, and negotiation skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, vendors, logistics requirements, and stakeholders simultaneously. * Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. * Experience in luxury hospitality, weddings, lifestyle brands, corporate events, experiential businesses, or river cruises preferred. * Strong networking and business development abilities with a proactive and solution-driven approach. * Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and handling last-minute operational requirements. * Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and flexible hours as per event schedules. * Willingness to travel locally for venue visits, vendor coordination, and event execution when required. *Education:* * Graduate in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field. * Additional certifications in event management, logistics, will be an advantage. *What We Offer* * Opportunity to work with a unique luxury river-based experiences brand. * Creative and entrepreneurial work environment. * Direct collaboration with the founding team. * Exposure to luxury hospitality, events, tourism, entertainment, and experiential businesses. * Competitive salary + performance-based incentives.
