INVENTORY & PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE

WERE HIRING | INVENTORY & PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE Selex is looking for an experienced Inventory & Procurement Executive to manage procurement, supplier relationships, inventory control, and stock-related claims. Selex is a multinational electrical brand serving customers across Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and India. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage procurement, supplier sourcing, quotations, negotiations, pricing, MOQ, payment terms, lead times, and purchase orders. Monitor orders from placement to delivery and maintain accurate supplier and product pricing records. Develop supplier relationships and monitor price, quality, availability, delivery, and performance. Monitor inventory, replenishment, stock movements, and fast/slow-moving, excess, and obsolete stock. Coordinate inventory audits, stock reconciliation, and purchasing quantities to maintain healthy stock levels and minimize stock-outs. Manage claims for damaged, defective, short-supplied, or incorrect products, including replacements, credit notes, refunds, and settlements. Prepare procurement, inventory, supplier, pending-order, and claims reports. Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Finance, and Management to support procurement planning and inventory optimization.
