WE ARE HIRING RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE Position: Relationship Executive Loan Against Property (LAP) Company: HDFC Location: Across Mumbai Experience: 12 Years / Freshers can apply Gender: Male candidates only Product: Loan Against Property (LAP) About the Role The Relationship Executive will be responsible for driving LAP sales by acquiring new customers, developing channel partnerships, generating leads, and managing the loan process from sourcing to disbursement. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Sourcing: Acquire new LAP customers through open market channels, builder tie-ups, referrals, and direct sourcing. Channel Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, brokers, and other market intermediaries. Loan Processing: Collect and verify customer documents, assess basic eligibility, and submit cases as per company SOPs. Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical, RCU, Risk, and Operations teams for smooth processing and timely disbursement. Customer Service & Portfolio Quality: Maintain strong customer relationships and support healthy asset quality by ensuring proper follow-up and service. Cross-Selling: Promote relevant financial products such as insurance, credit cards, and CASA accounts wherever applicable. Target Achievement: Meet assigned sales and business targets while maintaining quality sourcing. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree from a recognized institution. Freshers and candidates with 12 years of experience can apply. Male candidates only. Willingness to travel and work in the field. Basic understanding of credit and property evaluation. Good communication and negotiation skills. Strong relationship-building and customer-handling abilities. Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
