Senior Associate - QA Consultant (Coimbatore)

- Planning, design, and execution of comprehensive test strategies and test plans for multiple projects/products. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements, identify risks, and prioritize testing activities. - Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to streamline testing processes. - Perform manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications, APIs, and backend systems. - Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure the stability of existing features/functionality. - Analyze test results and report defects/issues accurately and promptly. - Mentor and coach junior QA team members, providing guidance and support as needed. - Continuously evaluate and improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies. Requirements Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). - 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on automated testing. - Proficiency in test automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and QA best practices. - Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or SOAPUI. - Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail. - Strong communication and leadership abilities, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. .
