Position: Retail Trainer Location: Hauz Khas, Current Delhi Experience: 35 years in Retail Employment: Full-time | On-site Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging retail training sessions for students Teach retail operations, customer service, sales, product knowledge, and store management Conduct classroom, practical, activity-based, and role-play sessions Develop lesson plans, training materials, activities, and assessments Identify learning gaps and provide individual coaching and feedback Prepare students for retail jobs, interviews, and workplace expectations Conduct mock interviews and practical simulations to build job-ready skills Monitor student attendance, participation, learning progress, and performance Maintain training records, assessments, and student progress reports Support students in developing professional communication, grooming, and workplace behaviour Stay updated with current retail industry practices and incorporate them into training Requirements 35 years of experience in Retail, preferably in retail operations, training, or management Strong training, facilitation, and presentation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service Ability to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds Good coaching and mentoring skills Strong organizational and documentation skills Diploma/Degree in Retail Management, Business, Training, or a related field is preferred Passion for student development, skill building, and social impact Interested candidates can share their resume: You can also comment below or DM me your resume.
