Inventory Executive (Dhulagori)

Position: Inventory Executive Industry: Iron Fabrication Company Salary: 18,000 20,000 per month Working Hours: 9:00 AM 7:00 PM Benefits: PF, ESI & Performance Bonus Job Responsibilities: - Record manual inventory details accurately and update data in the ERP software. - Perform data entry using Tally and maintain accurate inventory records. - Monitor and maintain stock levels for raw materials and finished goods. - Prepare and manage E-Way Bills for dispatches. - Perform Bank Reconciliation (BRS) and maintain related records. - Verify stock movement and coordinate with the production and dispatch teams. - Ensure proper documentation of inward and outward inventory. - Generate inventory and stock reports as required by management. - Maintain accuracy in inventory records and support regular stock audits. - Perform other inventory and administrative tasks assigned by the management. Requirements: - Graduate (Commerce preferred). - 13 years of experience in Inventory, Store, or Accounts. - Knowledge of Tally ERP and ERP software. - Experience in stock maintenance, data entry, BRS, and E-Way Bill preparation. - Valuable knowledge of MS Excel. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
