WE ARE HIRING RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE Position: Relationship Executive LAP & Home Loans Company: HDFC Location: Across Mumbai Experience: Freshers and Experience (1 to 2 Years) Products: Loan Against Property (LAP) & Home Loans Working Days: 2nd & 4th Saturday Off About the Role The Relationship Executive will be responsible for driving Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) sales by acquiring new customers, developing channel partnerships, generating leads, and managing the loan process from sourcing to disbursement. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Sourcing: Acquire new Home Loan and LAP customers through open market channels, builder tie-ups, referrals, property dealers, and direct sourcing. Channel Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, brokers, builders, property dealers, and other market intermediaries. Customer Acquisition: Identify prospective customers, understand their financial requirements, explain suitable loan products, and convert leads into business. Loan Processing: Collect and verify customer documents, assess basic eligibility, and submit cases as per company SOPs. Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical, RCU, Risk, and Operations teams for smooth processing and timely disbursement. Customer Service & Portfolio Quality: Maintain strong customer relationships and provide regular updates throughout the loan process. Cross-Selling: Promote relevant financial products such as insurance, credit cards, CASA accounts, and other products wherever applicable. Target Achievement: Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining quality sourcing and customer satisfaction. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree from a recognized institution. Freshers and candidates with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience can apply. Willingness to travel and work in the field. Basic understanding of Home Loans, LAP, credit assessment, and property evaluation . Good communication and negotiation skills. Strong customer relationship and networking abilities. Target-oriented, self-motivated, and energetic. Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams.
