About the Role:We are seeking a highly accomplished HR professional to join a leading organization in Mumbai as an HR Generalist closely work with HR Head. This role is ideal for candidates who possess a strong blend of strategic HR expertise and operational excellence, with the ability to partner closely with senior leadership in driving people initiatives, organizational effectiveness, and business growth.The ideal candidate must have completed an MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a Tier-1 Premier Business School (Mandatory) and possess experience working in large corporate or multinational environments.Mandatory Qualification:- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a Tier-1 Premier Business School (Mandatory)Experience:- 7-8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.- Strong exposure to end-to-end HR Generalist functions.- Experience working with senior leadership or HR Heads.- Prior experience in large corporates, MNCs, or professionally managed organizations is highly preferred.Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end HR Generalist functions across the employee lifecycle.- Partner with the Deputy HR Head in executing strategic HR Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture programs.- Lead the Performance Management System (PMS), goal-setting, performance reviews, and talent development Support succession planning, leadership development, and organizational design Implement and monitor HR policies, processes, and statutory compliance.- Build strong relationships with business leaders and provide strategic HR support.- Analyze HR metrics and prepare dashboards, MIS reports, and management Support workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and organizational effectiveness Coordinate cross-functional HR projects and ensure timely execution.- Handle employee grievance resolution while promoting a positive workplace culture.- Handle Payroll.- Drive continuous improvement in HR processes through automation and best practices.Key Skills & Competencies:- HR Generalist Operations- Strategic HR Business Partnering- Employee Engagement & Retention- Performance Management Systems (PMS)- Talent Management & Succession Planning- Organizational Development- HR Policies & Compliance- Stakeholder & Leadership Management- HR Analytics, MIS & Reporting- Strong Business Acumen- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills- Presentation & Influencing Skills- Problem Solving & Decision Making- Change Management- Leadership Support & Executive CoordinationIdeal Candidate Profile:- Tier-1 MBA/PGDM in Human Resources.- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on HR operations expertise.- Proven ability to work closely with CXOs and senior HR leadership.- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.- High levels of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.- Strong analytical mindset with experience in HR dashboards and data-driven decision-making.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance corporate workplace. .
