JOB TITLE: Medical Typist JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Medical Typist to join our laboratory team. The role involves accurately preparing medical reports, transcribing diagnostic findings, and ensuring reports are completed within the required turnaround time while maintaining patient confidentiality Key Responsibilities: Type and edit medical reports from audio dictation or speech recognition tools.Check text for correct medical terms, anatomy, spelling, and grammarUpdate patient charts and enter data into Electronic Health Record.Fix any missing or unclear information by talking with doctorsKeep all files safe and follow patient privacy rulesJob Requirements Minimum 1-2 yrs experience in Typing speed requiredMedical Terminology Computer ProficiencyFast and accurate typing skillsStrong knowledge of medical words, human body parts, and clinical termsGood listening and English writing skillsFamiliarity with computers and word processing programsDiploma or a special training certificate in medical transcription.Compensation: From 15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
