Coordinate with survey houses on submission, reporting, and analysisSupport with analyzing recruitment data to understand challenges with respect to attraction and utilization of ranges. Provide first level insights / patterns based on a review of the hiring dataCollaborate with the Compensation Advisors in macro planning and forecasting of annual incentive budgets. Assist with internal quality assurance/compliance reviews as requiredPartner closely with various teams, our market data partner and other internal teams w.r.t job analysis and benchmarking, formulating competitive market pay strategies, budgeting of merit, annual incentive plans, spend analysis and final finance reconciliation processMaintain and update Compensation data files, to support modeling effortsIndependently verify deliverables, identify any data issues, and report as requiredDevelop implementation plans in support of the annual compensation processProvide initial-level data insights and observations for all compensation milestone activities including support with creating initial drafts for all presentations and decks The team The Total Rewards team supports compensation and recognition programs through benchmarking, market analysis, reporting, and process execution. The team works closely with compensation advisors, business stakeholders, and internal operations teams to support pay decisions and annual compensation activities. This role contributes to data-driven compensation support for U.S./USI teams supporting DTTL and member firms. Location: Hyderabad Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM Qualifications Required: 3-6 years of experience in human resources.Master of Business Administration in Human Resources with experience in compensation processes; or bachelor's degree in Commerce, Arts, Science, or Computer Applications with experience supporting compensation processes.Experience supporting market benchmarking, compensation survey submissions, or job evaluation activities.Experience analyzing compensation, recruitment, or workforce data using Microsoft Excel.Experience preparing reports, presentations, or analysis for compensation or HR stakeholders. Preferred: Experience working in a compensation center of excellence or HR shared services compensation function in a multinational company.Experience using compensation tools such as CompAnalyst or ADP compensation planning tools.Experience supporting annual compensation cycles, incentive planning, or user acceptance testing.
