OrciMed Life Sciences Limited Recruitment Drug Safety Specialist Position: Drug Safety Specialist Key Requirements & Responsibilities Experience: 1+ years in Pharmacovigilance Hands-on experience in ICSR case processing is required. MICC Quality Reviewer PV Position: MICC Quality Reviewer PV Experience: 4+ Years Immediate Joiners preferred Key Requirements & Responsibilities Conduct quality reviews of cases received by call handlers, ensuring accuracy, consistency, proper categorization, and completeness in the LSMI database. Listen to recorded calls and review/correct case narratives for accuracy and completeness. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to call handlers to improve quality. Assign follow-up tasks to call and email handlers to obtain missing information. Support workload allocation and ensure effective task distribution among team members. Handle and resolve escalated calls received by call handlers. Handle inbound and outbound calls. Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards, and PV requirements.
