Who has handled large scale event logistics for guests and speaker. ticket booking (all modes) liaison with travel agency relations with new travel agencies for bulk booking of tickets and hotel comparative cost assisting speakers with visa info writing to visa consuls in different countries to help expedite visas working with speaker to finalize the tickets rooming/ hotel management working with internal travel logistics helping speaker with hotel check ins working with car hire services charting day schedules for speaker movement food preference management airport pick up and drop management alternate travel mode suggestions handling difficult visa cases assisting speakers with ticket reimbursements bargaining with travel and logistics vendors procurement for logistics related requirement budget keeping/tracking should have the capability of finding best rates with online vendors (MMT, Expedia, etc) liaison with venue and hotel teams liaisons with TEDxGateway speakers and teams Location - Mumbai Contractual Paid Engagement Accepting candidates with prior experience (2-3 years min) with the above requirements. Office Timings- 10am to 7pm Closer to the event we work on weekends too .
