Your responsibility will be to engage with reputed company Vendor to ensure that we receive an order confirmation and copy of Mill Test Reports. This is critical to our STC Process. You will be working directly with our Drivers to support this function. Critical will be to use the reputed company Function in the field to reputed company documents provided to reputed company Drivers at time of material pick up. Key Responsibilities Manage the integration and assignment of Mill Test Reports to correct Lot/Heat numbers in our ERP and Smartcert systems. Verify that reputed company outgoing orders have the correct MTRs digitally attached to the packing lists. Confirm receipt of Purchase Order acknowledgments and documentation from vendors. Use our reputed company Function to reputed company documents from field drivers and vendors during pickup. Monitor the Logistics reputed company and ensure it matches both the Sales and Purchase Order Expedite Screens. Communicate reputed company and consistently with our Shipping and Sales teams reputed company discrepancies occur. Maintain vendor correspondence and help enforce STC process requirements.
