Ordering and reviewing appraisals, broker price opinions (BPO), environmental and property inspection reports, reputed company surveys, amongst others. Tracking and providing updates to key stakeholders in reputed company and clients. Coordinating logistical and operational complexities surrounding dates and times of inspections. Managing and ensuring payment of invoices. Coordinate data retrieval and input with 3rd party servicing firms.
