Responsibilities Work in a process-oriented, computer-based operational environment. Gain exposure to AI-enabled workflows and US healthcare business processes. Handle data and information with a focus on quality and accuracy. Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and documentation requirements. Contribute to productivity and process performance. This is an operations role, not a clinical or patient-treatment position. Requirements Open to students currently pursuing any degree and recent graduates from any educational background. Freshers and candidates without prior experience are strongly encouraged to apply. Basic computer proficiency and good attention to detail. Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new processes. Good communication skills and basic data handling ability. Ability to work effectively in a team and manage time efficiently. Comfortable working in a process-driven environment and with a US-aligned shift (5:00 PM to 3:00 AM). Willingness to relocate to Noida, Bangalore, or Mangalore as per assigned work location. No prior healthcare or technical experience is mandatory. Candidates must be available for the full 46 month internship duration. Additional Information PPO Opportunity: 2530% of interns may receive a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on their internship performance. The PPO CTC is 3.1 LPA (approximately 25,000/month). PPO is performance-based and is not guaranteed to every intern. Benefits: Transport assistance within 10 km of the respective centre and meals provided.
