Preparing Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bills, Bill of Lading and export documentation. Handling GSP, Certificate of Origin and export compliance documents. Coordinating Fumigation, Phytosanitary Certificates and additional declarations. Preparing non-GMO declarations wherever required. Coordinating inspection, marine insurance and shipment documentation. Filing Import Security Filing (ISF) for applicable shipments. Coordinating with factories, CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines and customs authorities. Communicating with international clients regarding documentation and shipment status. Maintaining export records and documentation. Ensuring compliance with DGFT, Customs, APEDA and other applicable export regulations. Performing any additional duties assigned by the management.
