Net2Source is seeking an accomplished Talent Acquisition Lead with deep expertise in US staffing and executive hiring. This individual will play a critical role in attracting top-tier sales leaders, delivery leaders, and senior executives who will contribute to Net2Source's growth strategy. The ideal candidate is polished, consultative, highly organized, and passionate about executive talent acquisition. Job Title: Talent Acquisition Lead- Executive Hiring Location: Noida, Onsite Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment for executive, leadership, and strategic sales positions.Develop and execute executive search strategies to attract high-caliber talent.Partner closely with senior leadership to understand business goals and workforce needs.Build and manage talent pipelines for critical and confidential searches.Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and leadership talent intelligence.Deliver exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.Drive hiring metrics, reporting, and recruitment process improvements.Strengthen employer branding and executive candidate engagement initiatives.Mentor and guide recruiters supporting leadership hiring efforts. Required Qualifications 8+ years of recruiting experience with a strong focus on US Staffing.Demonstrated success hiring sales leaders, account executives, directors, VPs, and other leadership positions.Strong executive search and stakeholder management experience.Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.Experience interacting with senior executives and C-suite leadership.Ability to manage confidential searches with professionalism and discretion.Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and other executive search platforms. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in large staffing or workforce solutions organizations.Prior experience recruiting for US-based sales and staffing leadership roles.Exposure to global talent acquisition practices.
