Sponsorship & Strategic Partnerships Manager (Contract | Commission-Based)

Position Overview: Curated Blaque Events is seeking a highly motivated, well-connected professional to serve as a Sponsorship & Strategic Partnerships Manager. This role is responsible for identifying, securing, and managing sponsorships and funding opportunities that align with our elevated, culturally curated event experiences. This is a contract, commission-based role ideal for a results-driven individual who thrives in relationship-building, brand alignment, and revenue generation. The position operates with flexibility and autonomy and may be concluded at any time based on business needs. Key Responsibilities: Identify and secure corporate sponsorships, brand partnerships, and funding opportunities Develop and pitch customized sponsorship packages aligned with Curated Blaques audience and event portfolio Build and maintain relationships with brands, local businesses, and corporate partners Negotiate sponsorship terms, deliverables, and financial commitments Collaborate with the Curated Blaque team to align sponsorships with event themes, experiences, and brand standards Ensure fulfillment of all sponsor deliverables (branding, activations, mentions, etc.) Track and report all secured funding, partnerships, and pipeline opportunities Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in sponsorship sales, business development, or partnerships Strong network of corporate, lifestyle, or luxury brand contacts (preferred) Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet revenue goals Passion for culture, community, and elevated event experiences Experience in events, hospitality, nightlife, or experiential marketing is a plus Compensation Structure: Commission-Based: Earn a competitive percentage of all secured sponsorship and funding dollars No cap on earningsperformance directly drives income Percentage structure to be discussed and agreed upon prior to engagement Contract Terms: Independent contractor role (1099) Flexible schedule and remote work Contract may be terminated at any time by either party Compensation is tied solely to successfully secured and collected sponsorship funds Why Join Curated Blaque Events: Be part of a brand known for elevated, culturally curated experiences Opportunity to work with high-level professionals, entrepreneurs, and tastemakers Direct impact on the growth and expansion of a rapidly scaling event platform Unlimited earning potential based on your performance and network Benefits: Flexible schedule Work from home Experience: Fund Development: 3 years (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Tampa, FL 33610 Apply To this Job Company : YWCA Family Village Child Development Center Salary : Work from home .
