Sr. Accounts Executive

Job Title: Accounts Executive Location: Ginger Hotel Agartala, an IHCL Brand Department: Finance & Accounts Experience Required: 3 to 5 Years Salary Range: 40,000 45,000 per month About the Role Ginger Hotels, an IHCL brand, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support the Finance & Accounts function at our Agartala property. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience in financial processes, and proficiency in SAP. Key Responsibilities Manage daily accounting transactions and ensure accurate financial record keeping. Process vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations. Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records. Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities. Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements. Maintain and update accounting data in SAP. Support audits by preparing required schedules and documents. Monitor ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly. Prepare financial reports and MIS as required by management. Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on finance-related matters. Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification. 3 to 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounts. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting. Hands-on experience working with SAP. Good knowledge of GST, TDS, vendor management, and reconciliations. Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy under deadlines. Preferred Industry Experience Hospitality, Hotels, Retail, or Service Industry experience will be preferred.
