Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resource Recruiter role based in Tamil Nadu, India. The Human Resource Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating the selection process across various roles within the organization. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, defining role requirements, and maintaining a strong talent pipeline aligned with the companys mission and culture. The recruiter will handle job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Additional responsibilities include maintaining recruitment data and reports, supporting employer branding initiatives, and ensuring compliance with relevant HR policies and local labor regulations. Qualifications - Candidates should possess strong talent acquisition and recruitment skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate evaluation. - Candidates should possess skills in stakeholder management and collaboration, working closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and make data-informed hiring decisions. - Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to conduct qualified interviews, manage candidate expectations, and represent the organization effectively. - Candidates should possess organisational and administrative skills, including managing multiple requisitions, tracking recruitment metrics, and maintaining accurate documentation. - Candidates should possess an understanding of HR best practices, basic employment laws, and ethical hiring standards. - Relevant qualifications such as a bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field are preferred. - Prior experience in recruitment, especially in fast-growing organisations, will be an added advantage. - Comfort working in an on-site environment in Tamil Nadu, with adaptability to a high-performance, transformation-oriented culture, will be beneficial. - Location: Injambakkami ECR, Chennai.
