Job Description About the team An Accounts Payable (AP) job description typically outlines duties related to managing a company's outstanding financial obligations to vendors and suppliers. Vendor Payment Processing: Ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices as per the company policy. AP Reconciliation: Reconciling AP ledgers with general ledger accounts and bank statements. Intercompany Reconciliation: To process of matching and resolving financial transactions between different branches or subsidiaries of the same company to ensure their records align. Compliance: Ensuring all AP activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
