Job Description Manager Costing Location: Coimbatore Experience: 1317 Years Qualification: Post Graduate + CMA Qualified CTC: 1517 LPA Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Manager Costing to manage product costing, cost accounting, inventory valuation, cost control, profitability analysis, budgeting support, and management reporting. The role will be responsible for driving cost optimization and reduction initiatives to improve profitability and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Prepare, review, and maintain product cost sheets and standard costing. Manage cost accounting, inventory valuation, and cost control activities. Analyse cost variances, profitability, and key cost drivers. Identify and implement cost reduction and cost optimization initiatives. Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. Conduct product-wise and business-wise profitability analysis. Provide costing insights to support pricing and business decisions. Work closely with Finance, Production, Purchase, and other cross-functional teams. Ensure effective utilization of SAP for costing, analysis, and reporting. Monitor costing processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. CMA Qualified with relevant Post-Graduation. Strong hands-on experience in product costing, cost reduction, profitability analysis, and SAP. Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities. Strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills. Candidates with experience in Footwear or FMCG industries will have an added advantage.
