Creative Recruiter

Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Design Recruiter to join our team. This role will focus on identifying, engaging, and hiring top design talent across UX, UI, Product Design, and Research. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing full-cycle recruiting and partnering with stakeholders to deliver high-quality hires in a fast-paced environment. Experience - 3+ Years Location: Gurugram Shift: PST Hours Designation Design/Creative Recruiter (MidSenior Level) Employment Type - Full Time Key Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define recruiting strategies. Source, engage, and build relationships with top design talent in the market. Manage the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing through offer acceptance. Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs. Provide a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Qualifications: At least 3+ years of recruiting experience, with strong focus on design/creative hiring. Proven success in hiring for UX, UI, Product Design, Visual Design, and Research roles. Strong sourcing expertise across LinkedIn, design communities, and other creative channels. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to work PST hours from the Gurugram office. Nice-to-Have: Experience recruiting for enterprise technology clients. Familiarity with design portfolios and ability to assess design talent. .
