Job Description Sr. Executive HR Department: Human Resources Location: Dadri Plant Reporting To: Manager HR Working Hours: 9:30 AM 6:00 PM | Monday to Saturday Experience Candidates with relevant experience in Training & Development, PMS, Employee Engagement, HR Operations and ISO HR Audits, preferably in a manufacturing/plant environment, will be preferred. About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sr. Executive HR to join our HR team at the Dadri Plant. The incumbent will be responsible for managing and driving key HR processes including Training & Development, Performance Management System (PMS), Employee Engagement, and HR-related ISO audits and compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong HR process knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to work effectively with employees and various stakeholders at the plant. Key Responsibilities 1. Training & Development Identify training and development needs in coordination with departmental heads. Prepare and maintain the annual training calendar. Coordinate internal and external training programs. Track training attendance, feedback, effectiveness, and training records. Maintain proper documentation for training-related audits. 2. Performance Management System (PMS) Coordinate the complete PMS cycle across the organization. Support goal setting, performance reviews, and appraisal processes. Ensure timely completion of PMS activities by employees and reporting managers. Maintain PMS records and prepare relevant reports and MIS. Assist managers in addressing performance-related concerns. 3. Employee Engagement Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and activities. Conduct employee communication and engagement programs at the plant. Coordinate employee welfare activities, celebrations, and events. Collect employee feedback and support initiatives to improve employee satisfaction. Assist in identifying and resolving employee engagement-related concerns. 4. ISO HR Audits & Compliance Coordinate HR documentation and records for ISO audits. Ensure HR processes and documentation are aligned with applicable ISO requirements. Prepare audit-related documents, reports, and evidence. Coordinate with auditors and relevant departments during internal/external audits. Track audit observations, corrective actions, and closure of non-conformities. Ensure timely maintenance and updation of HR records and SOPs. 5. HR Operations & MIS Prepare regular HR MIS and management reports. Maintain accurate employee and HR process-related records. Coordinate with various departments for HR-related requirements. Support implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies and processes. Perform other HR responsibilities assigned by the Manager HR. Educational Qualification MBA / PGDM in Human Resources Full Time First Division throughout academics preferred/required. Desired Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of HR processes, particularly Training, PMS and Employee Engagement. Knowledge of ISO documentation and HR audit processes. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities. Good analytical and MIS reporting skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Strong documentation and follow-up skills. Willingness to work in a plant environment. .
