Transcribe doctors' dictated notes, consultation records, operative notes, and discharge summaries.Prepare accurate and properly formatted medical reports.Ensure correct patient details, medical terminology, spelling, and grammar.Review and proofread transcribed documents before final submission.Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff for clarification of unclear or incomplete information.Maintain patient records and ensure timely updating of documentation.Maintain strict confidentiality of patient and medical information.Make corrections and revisions as instructed by doctors.Upload and maintain reports in the hospital/HIMS system, wherever applicable.Follow hospital policies, SOPs, and NABH requirements related to medical documentation.Complete assigned transcription work within the required timelines.Compensation: From 10,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
