Job Description: Solar Technical Specialist (Troubleshooting & Inventory) Company: Greenmile Energies Job Title: Solar Technical Specialist (Troubleshooting & Inventory Management) Number of Openings: 1 Compensation: \u20B915,000 to \u20B920,000 per month Perks: Free Food and Accommodation provided About the Role Greenmile Energies is seeking a highly skilled and organized Technical Specialist dedicated to two core operational pillars: solving complex, high-level technical problems at residential rooftop projects under the PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana, and managing the companys central material stock. You will serve as the technical backbone of our operationsstepping in to resolve challenging site issues while keeping our supply chain moving smoothly by coordinating materials for new projects. Key Responsibilities \u0000Rapid Diagnostics: Respond to technical breakdown calls and systematically diagnose malfunctions in solar modules, string voltage irregularities, and inverter faults. \u0000Electrical Repairs: Perform fault finding and corrective maintenance on DC\/AC wiring, ensuring correct polarity across solar panels, DC Distribution Boxes (DCDB), and inverters. \u0000System Optimization: Monitor and repair underperforming Photovoltaic (PV) systems to restore optimal efficiency. \u0000Safety & Earthing Resolution: Identify and fix critical issues related to site grounding, including Lightning Arrestor (LA) earthing and DC panel structure earthing. \u0000Compliance Support: Resolve technical hurdles preventing DISCOM inspection approval, net meter installation, or commissioning certificate generation. \u0000Inventory Tracking: Maintain and update precise records of warehouse stock, including solar panels, inverters, structures, cables, earthing kits, ACDB\/DCDB boxes, and small hardware components. \u0000Site Dispatch Coordination: Review requirements for upcoming installation sites, package the exact necessary items, and arrange the secure dispatch of materials to new project locations on time. \u0000Quality & Loss Control: Inspect incoming stock from suppliers for defects and ensure the warehouse is organized systematically to avoid material damage or shortages. Qualifications & Requirements \u0000Targeted Experience: Proven, hands-on experience installing, troubleshooting, or maintaining residential solar systems specifically under the PM Surya Ghar scheme. \u0000Inventory Savvy: Basic inventory management or warehouse coordination skills, with an organized mindset to track parts and plan dispatches. \u0000Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical theory (AC\/DC circuits, voltage, resistance), inverter operational limits, and safe wiring practices. \u0000Certifications: ITI\/Diploma in Electrical or Electronics, or equivalent practical field experience. \u0000Physical stamina for fieldwork, lifting materials during inventory checks, and the ability to work safely at heights on various rooftop structures.
