Job Role : Store incharge Inventory Management Material Receipt and Inspection: Receive, inspect, and document materials, equipment, and tools delivered to the site. Storage and Organization: Store materials, equipment, and tools in an organized and secure manner, ensuring easy accessibility. Stock Control Inventory Tracking: Maintain accurate records of inventory, including quantities, locations, and conditions of materials, equipment, and tools. Stock Level Management: Monitor stock levels, identifying and reporting surpluses or shortages to the project manager. Material Issuance Material Distribution: Issue materials, equipment, and tools to authorized personnel, ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping. Material Control: Control the flow of materials, equipment, and tools to prevent loss, damage, or misuse. Site Maintenance Storehouse Maintenance: Maintain the storehouse in a clean, organized, and safe condition. Equipment Maintenance: Ensure equipment and tools are properly maintained, stored, and secured. Reporting and Communication Inventory Reporting: Provide regular reports to the project manager on inventory levels, material usage, and any issues or concerns. Communication: Communicate with project staff, including engineers, supervisors, and laborers, to ensure material availability and resolve issues. Security and Safety Security: Ensure the security of materials, equipment, and tools stored on site, preventing theft or damage. Safety: Follow safety protocols and regulations when handling materials, equipment, and tools.
