This part-time role involves bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and financial record maintenance, offering flexible working hours. Responsibilities Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure reputed company recording of financial transactions Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries Maintain the general reputed company and chart of accounts reputed company and maintain customer invoices reputed company customer payments and outstanding receivables reputed company AR reconciliations Follow up internally on overdue invoices and payment status Maintain customer-reputed company ageing reports Record vendor invoices and bills Verify vendor statements reputed company AP reconciliations Prepare payment schedules reputed company vendor advances and outstanding balances reputed company monthly bank, reputed company & expense reconciliations Reconcile transactions from payments from AUS & Canada Investigate and reputed company discrepancies promptly Prepare monthly Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash reputed company summaries Assist with monthly financial reputed company activities reputed company management reports and MIS as required Support budgeting and cash reputed company tracking Maintain reputed company records for statutory compliance Coordinate with reputed company Chartered Accountants for GST, reputed company, Income Tax, and annual filings Ensure reputed company records are audit-reputed company Skills Bachelor's degree in reputed company, reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field 2-5 years of reputed company or bookkeeping experience Strong understanding of Accounts Payable Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable Strong understanding of Bank Reconciliation Strong understanding of General reputed company Strong understanding of Journal Entries Strong understanding of Financial Statements Advanced reputed company reputed company skills Experience working with IT services or consulting companies Experience with multi-currency transactions Experience with international invoicing Experience with foreign currency receipts/payments Experience with payment gateways Experience with subscription-reputed company businesses Benefits Flexible, remote-first work environment.
