WERE HIRING | PROCESS EXECUTIVE Location: Chennai Experience: 13 Years Qualification: Graduate in Any Discipline Industry: Freight Forwarding / Export & Import Operations Job Summary We are looking for a Process Executive to handle front-end operational activities related to Exports & Imports. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, comfortable working with numbers, and able to complete assigned tasks within defined SLAs. Key Responsibilities Execute Export & Import operational activities as per agreed SLA. Handle Job Creation, VGM Submission, Monitoring, Pre-Alerts, Confirmation Check, etc. Maintain knowledge of carrier-related costs, profit %, and invoice submission. Coordinate closely with Team Leaders and internal teams. Coordinate with stakeholders such as Co-loaders, Shipping Lines, etc. Maintain daily activity logs and report to the Team Leader. Ensure timely completion of tasks without compromising quality. Skills & Competencies Good verbal and written communication Good typing skills 2530 WPM preferred Comfortable with MS Office Excel, Word & PowerPoint Strong numerical and analytical skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Willingness to work in rotational/odd shifts and public holidays Preferred Experience Candidates with relevant experience in Export/Import Documentation or Freight Forwarding Operations will be preferred.
