Role Overview: The role involves handling Inbound tours, catering to foreign tourists visiting the country. The position requires expertise in creating itineraries, costings, and seamless operations across Indian destinations. Key Responsibilities: Handle enquiries from international agents/clients for India travel.Design customized itineraries covering destinations across India.Prepare costings, quotations, and detailed travel proposals.Coordinate with Indian hotels, transport vendors, guides, and local service providers.Provide pre-arrival and on-ground support to clients during travel in India.Address client queries and resolve service issues quickly.Maintain proper documentation of bookings, invoices, and client files.Stay updated on tourism trends, festivals, and new attractions across India.Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of Indian destinations, routes, and tourism products.Excellent communication skills (English; foreign, French language is a plus).Strong vendor management and negotiation abilities.Good coordination and multitasking skills under deadlines.Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking tools.Qualifications & Experience: Graduate / Postgraduate in Travel & Tourism or Hospitality.3-4 years (Executive / Sr. Executive) experience in India Inbound tours.
