Senior Finance Executive

Senior Executive Finance & Accounts (Client Site Gurgaon) Experience: 36 years | Salary: 46 LPA | Location: Gurgaon (client office, on-site, 6 days) About the Role You will be deployed full-time at our client's office in Gurgaon as their in-house finance resource, owning the day-to-day accounting of the business. You'll work independently on-site while reporting to a remote Finance Manager who provides review, guidance and sign-off. This suits someone who likes ownership, is comfortable being the only finance person in the room, and communicates proactively without needing daily supervision. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end day-to-day accounting in Tally sales, purchase, journal, bank and cash entries Accounts payable and receivable: vendor bill processing, payment runs, customer invoicing, collections follow-up and ageing reports Bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny and monthly closing of books GST compliance GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, 2B reconciliation, input credit tracking TDS deduction, monthly payment and quarterly return filing coordination Payroll inputs, employee reimbursements and statutory dues (PF/ESI) coordination Prepare monthly MIS, expense schedules and financial reports for the remote manager and client management Maintain organised documentation and support statutory/internal audits Act as the on-ground point of contact for client stakeholders on all accounts matters Requirements B.Com / M.Com from a recognised university 36 years of handson accounting experience; experience at a CA firm or as an inhouse accountant preferred Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP / Prime; exposure to Zoho Books or similar is a plus Practical, current knowledge of GST and TDS provisions and return filing Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, reconciliations) Good written and verbal communication you will report remotely and must keep your manager informed without being chased Selfdriven, organised, and able to work independently at a client location Good to Have Prior experience working at a client site or in an outsourced/sharedservices model Exposure to finalisation of accounts and audit support What We Offer Direct exposure to business finance and client leadership Structured guidance and review from an experienced remote Finance Manager Clear growth path into finance manager / controllership roles .
