Finance Controller- Head F&A

We are seeking a Finance & Accounts Manager to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and support business planning. The role involves managing accounting functions, reporting, taxation, and working capital to drive operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:Manage the finance and accounts function including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and statutory filings.Monitor and manage working capital, cash flow, and fund flow to support business operations.Handle direct and indirect taxation matters, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.Support internal and external audits and implement financial controls.Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic financial decision-making.Required Qualifications:Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial planning, and reporting.Experience in taxation and statutory compliance.Proficiency in financial analysis and MIS reporting.Ability to manage cash flow, working capital, and fund flow.Attention to detail and ability to ensure timely compliance with statutory filings.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. .
