Floor Operations Manager Billing

Position: Floor Operations Manager Billing Location: Thrippunithura, Ernakulam Department: Showroom Operations / Billing Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Floor Manager & Billing Executive to manage showroom floor operations, billing activities, customer assistance, stock coordination, and staff attendance/leave records. Key Responsibilities Floor & Showroom Management Manage daily showroom floor operations and ensure smooth workflow.Maintain floor discipline, product display, and overall showroom presentation.Assist customers and ensure good customer service.Handle customer, product, billing, and stock-related queries.Billing & Accounts Support Operate the billing counter and manage customer queues.Scan product barcodes and process accurate billing.Verify product, quantity, price, and barcode details before billing.Prepare daily billing and sales summaries.Verify cash, UPI, and card transaction details.Maintain invoices and billing records.Support daily sales and collection reconciliation.Coordinate with the Accounts Department regarding billing discrepancies.Stock & Team Coordination Check and verify stock item barcodes.Coordinate with Sales and Stock Teams for smooth operations.Ensure a smooth Purchase Billing Payment process.Coordinate staff duty schedules and shift arrangements.Attendance & Leave Management Maintain and update the Staff Attendance Register.Monitor daily attendance, late coming, and punctuality.Report attendance, leave, and staffing issues to HR/Management.Main Focus Floor Management Billing Customer Service Barcode & Stock Coordination Accounts Billing Support Attendance Leave & Off Management Staff Coordination Requirements Minimum Plus Two / Any Degree preferred.Experience in showroom operations, billing, retail, or customer service will be an advantage.Basic knowledge of billing and accounts-related activities.Good communication and customer-handling skills.Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage daily showroom operations.Basic computer knowledge is required.Interested candidates can apply through Indeed.
