What You'll Do The primary task of a accounts executive is to handle queries/tasks received from customers/stakeholders and/or assigned to them by their supervisors He / She must show the willingness to learn new things every time and then To accept direction / responsibility and maintain performance levels as per the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) assigned by the supervisor To be open to take additional responsibilities of training colleagues Consults with others on problems and activities; collects information from a range of sources to assist and guide job activities; asks effective questions to obtain information to help him/her perform their job Takes accountability for delivering on commitments; owns mistakes and uses them as opportunities for learning and development; openly discusses his/her actions and their consequences both good and bad Aggressively pursues challenging goals and objectives; will to put in considerable time and effort to accomplish objectives; takes a highly focused, goal driven approach toward work What Youll Need At least a bachelors degree in Accounts Minimum 1 years of experience in Accounting MUST be willing to work in all shifts including night Experience of transition handling is preferred Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines.
