Head HR Global Capability Centre (Mumbai)

Our Client is a Global Manufacturing company. They are setting a GCC Centre in India and are looking for a Head HR-GCC. Ideally, with 18+yrs experience. He/She will lead the overall people strategy for the GCC and build the HR function to support rapid growth, operational excellence, and a high-performance culture. This role will be accountable for scaling the workforce to 3,000 employees while ensuring solid governance, compliance, talent quality, etc. Key responsibilities Define and execute the HR strategy for the GCC aligned to business growth plans and global operating prioritiesLead workforce planning and talent acquisition to scale hiring across functions, levels, and locations, with a strong focus on speed, quality, and retentionBuild scalable HR processes covering onboarding, employee lifecycle management, HR operations, HRMS, and policy governance.Partner with global and local leadership teams on org design, manpower planning, change management, and leadership effectiveness.Establish performance management, compensation and benefits, rewards, and succession frameworks suitable for a growing GCC.Drive employee engagement, culture building, manager capability, and communication programs to support scale and stability .
