As a Telecom OSS Architect (Presales & Delivery), you will lead endtoend OSS transformation programs for telecom operators, spanning opportunity qualification, solution architecture, OSS modernization, legacy migrations, delivery governance, and roadmap definition for autonomous network operations. You will combine deep OSS architecture expertise with presales and solutioning skills to drive largescale transformation engagements. What You'll Do and How You'll Succeed Presales & Solutioning Lead OSS presales opportunities including RFP/RFI responses, solution design, estimation, and proposals. Develop winning strategies and present solutions to senior telecom stakeholders (CxO, VP level). Collaborate with sales and account teams to shape large transformation engagements. OSS Architecture & Transformation Design endtoend OSS solutions covering inventory, assurance, fault/performance management, fulfillment, and orchestration. Define targetstate OSS architectures aligned with TM Forum ODA, eTOM, and SID standards. Evaluate OSS products, platforms, and vendor ecosystems; develop reference architectures and roadmaps. Network Automation & Autonomous Operations Define strategies for autonomous networks leveraging closedloop automation, intentbased orchestration, and selfhealing operations. Drive OSS integration with network and operational platforms to improve automation maturity. OSS Modernization & Migration Lead legacy OSS modernization and greenfield OSS implementations. Design migration strategies for multivendor environments with minimal disruption. Drive inventory reconciliation, data migration, cutover planning, and rollback strategies across RAN, Core, Transport, IP/MPLS, and Optical networks. Program Leadership & Governance Own technical and delivery governance across design, build, testing, deployment, and operations. Manage scope, schedules, risks, quality, and financial performance. Act as primary technical authority across delivery workstreams and stakeholder groups. Establish KPIs, SLAs, dashboards, and steering committee reporting. Team Leadership Mentor architects, solution leads, and delivery teams. Develop reusable frameworks, accelerators, methodologies, and best practices for OSS engagements. We'd Love to Hear From You If. Experience You have 15+ years of experience in Telecom OSS and Network Operations. You have proven presales, consulting, and solution architecture expertise. You have led largescale OSS transformation, migration, and modernization programs. Technical Expertise You have strong knowledge of TM Forum ODA, eTOM, SID, Open APIs, and telecom standards. You have handson expertise in OSS domains (Inventory, Assurance, Fulfillment, Service Activation, Orchestration). You understand telecom domains (RAN, Core, IP, Transport, Optical). You are experienced with network automation, closedloop operations, and autonomous networks. Ways of Working You excel in stakeholder management and executive presentations. You are confident leading multiyear transformation programs and managed services engagements. You mentor teams and drive best practices across OSS delivery. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Tier1 telecom operators and multivendor OSS ecosystems. Certifications in TM Forum, Telecom OSS, Cloud, or Network Automation. .
