Department:* Production / Manufacturing Experience: 27 Years Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. Chemistry or equivalent - Handle Calcium Hypochlorite powder-to-liquid conversion/formulation process. - Monitor chemical processes, batch parameters, temperature, concentration and quality. - Ensure secure handling and storage of chlorine-based/hypochlorite chemicals. - Conduct in-process and finished-product testing as per specifications. - Maintain batch records, production reports and laboratory documentation. - Coordinate with Production, QC, Maintenance and EHS teams. - Ensure compliance with plant safety, SOPs and EHS requirements. - Identify process deviations and support corrective actions. - Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards in the production/laboratory area.
