Lead - Assistant Manager FP&A 7+ Years Delhi NCR / Noida Are you an experienced FP&A professional with strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, management reporting, and process transitions We are looking for an Assistant Manager FP&A to manage financial planning activities, support insurance-focused FP&A processes, and drive reporting and process improvements in a global environment. Location Delhi NCR / Noida Experience 7+ Years Your Future Employer A leading organization offering an opportunity to work with global stakeholders and insurance clients while managing FP&A, financial reporting, process transitions, and business performance analysis. Responsibilities Manage budgeting, forecasting, P&L/revenue/SG&A variance analysis, GWP reporting, commission trends, and management dashboards. Lead FP&A process transitions from onshore/client teams, including AS-IS assessment, gap identification, SOP development, process improvement, and automation. Coordinate with global stakeholders and clients, manage audits/reconciliations, and lead junior team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Requirements 710 years of experience in FP&A / Financial Planning & Analysis. Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, P&L and variance analysis. Insurance / BFSI experience is preferred. Experience in management reporting, dashboards, and financial performance analysis. Hands-on expertise in Advanced Excel; exposure to SAP / Anaplan is preferred. Experience in process transition, transformation, or migration projects is highly desirable. Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Prior experience in team handling or project leadership will be an advantage. Candidates with the following experience will be preferred Insurance FP&A / financial planning experience. FP&A transition or migration projects. Experience working with global stakeholders and offshore operations. Strong process improvement and automation exposure.
