Role Purpose The Manager / Senior Manager HR will be a senior member of the HR function at Alicon's Shikrapur greenfield plant, responsible for driving industrial relations, contract workmen management, statutory compliance, and plant administration for a manufacturing workforce. The role requires a seasoned HR/IR professional with a strong track record in the Pune industrial belt, proven capability in independently handling IR issues involving contract workmen, and sound understanding of contract labour compliance, plant systems, and administrative functions.
