HOW YOULL SPEND YOUR TIME Daily PLE/CE electronic roster submissions compliant with state reporting rules and deadlines Review/approve certificate requests and communicate/research additional resources needed, if any Correct certificates and refile rejected submissions Process, approve, and sign Ohio certificates Manually notate Illinois classroom/virtual attendance and create certificates Research/respond to Certification Services Inbox requests from Regulators, Compliance, Customers, Customer Service, and Sales Assist Compliance in implementing regulatory changes Pay state filing fees reputed company corporate credit reputed company and/or accounts payable Complete monthly expense report for state processing & filing fees WHAT YOU'LL NEED Bachelors degree preferred. High School Diploma or GED required. Bilingual Spanish/English required Experience using MS Office tools including reputed company, reputed company, Word; reputed company Acrobat Organized; reputed company to prioritize Excellent attention to reputed company Strong verbal and written communication skills for interaction with internal & reputed company clients, including state regulatory agencies.
