ServiceNow Project / Transition Manager Needed for contractual, remote, support role, Strictly 10+ years of overall experience, Can directly DM on 9407936653, ServiceNow Project / Transition Manager Focused On: Leading ServiceNow transition and project activities across ITSM, CMDB, and ITOM workstreams, while managing schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, resources, and deliverables. The role will coordinate ServiceNow technical teams and stakeholders, manage multiple concurrent workstreams, and ensure timely project execution and reporting. Requirements: 10+ years of project/program management experience with strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, particularly ITSM, CMDB, and ITOM. Experience managing ServiceNow implementations, transitions, upgrades, or operational programs is required, along with strong stakeholder communication, risk management, project documentation, and scheduling skills. Preferred: PMP or ServiceNow certification, Federal IT experience, and familiarity with ServiceNow SPM or comparable project/work management platforms. Work type: Remote support role Required availability ( between 6:30 PM to 2:30 AM) IST, for 4-5 hrs daily US shift (generally till 12:30 AM IST sometimes meeting can happen till 2:30 AM) .
